Oh no has something gone wrong? Don’t worry we will take care of it. Customer happiness is our number one priority. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will receive a store credit for your purchase. A refund is only issued if the item is faulty, all refunds will be issued via the payment method used to purchase the garment.
 
We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by The Saree Lane. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, The Saree Lane will incur postage. Conditions of Returns 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be unstained and unperfumedItems must have all tags attached
Please note that returns, which don’t comply with the above criteria, will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.
